Tom Leeper is a London-based Fashion Director and currently Artistic Director at Luca Faloni, where he leads the brand’s creative vision, storytelling, and global campaign direction.

Over the course of his career, Tom has been instrumental in developing campaigns and brand narratives for both international luxury houses and leading British brands. With a strong background in creative collaboration, he has a unique ability to unite and shape talent at the forefront of their fields, building meaningful connections between designers, photographers, brands, and editorial platforms.

Tom was previously Creative Director at New & Lingwood and Menswear Director of Wylde magazine, the biannual fashion and culture publication. He has also contributed to a wide range of international publications including Ponystep, Wonderland, Marie Claire France, Interview, and TIME.

His work spans creative direction, fashion editorial, brand strategy, and campaign development across luxury, lifestyle, and cultural sectors.
